Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of Ultimate Odycer software and services. By purchasing or using any license, you agree to these terms.

1. License Grant

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software according to your purchased tier. Source code access requires an NDA and additional licensing.

2. Restrictions

You may not redistribute, sublicense, or reverse engineer the software beyond what is explicitly permitted in your license tier.

3. Payments & Refunds

All payments are processed securely via Stripe or PayPal. Digital goods are non-refundable after delivery of license keys, except as required by EU consumer law (14-day withdrawal right for digital content not yet downloaded).

4. Limitation of Liability

The software is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for any damages arising from its use.
